Trained developers on containerization, orchestration, and cloud platforms. Led planning to address compliance needs including security and customer privacy. Coordinated efforts between multiple departments in a context of rapid change.

Computing Infrastructure Engineer, 9321, Sandia National Laboratories (2016-2019)

Provided DevOps, Linux, and security expertise to multiple projects for Federal customers including a large multi-team program with complex technical and security requirements. Led significant improvements to testing and deployment processes and developed new compliance processes for less labor-intensive compliance with complex and shifting standards. Served as subject-matter expert on Linux and cloud environment performance and security. Consulted with developers and architects to improve performance and ease of testing and deployment. Interfaced with internal and external stakeholders and customers to establish priorities and timelines and communicate technical information. Served as scrum master and main point of contact for a large team.

Information Security Analyst III, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (2015-2016)

Served as an intrusion detection analyst on the National Incident Response Team, a security operations center at the intersection of private industry and the federal government. Triaged and investigated incidents through network forensics. Prioritized and escalated incidents in light of policy, risk exposure, and threat intelligence. Developed, tested, and maintained network-based detection including signatures and correlation logic.
